1. Shipping
All Delivery Charges (Local or International) will be in accordance to
the Delivery Charges Table.
2. Delivery
All product(s) will be delivered via Registered Ordinary Airmail by
Singpost. The estimated delivery time will be in accordance to the
Delivery Time Table.
3. Returns Policy
Every customer is valuable to us. It is in our best interests that you
are happy and satisfied with the Gratitude Rocks purchased. Note that
our Gratitude Rocks are polished gemstones sourced from all over the
world and are not perfect and by nature may have flaws. This is inherent
and part-and-parcel of a gemstone. Nevertheless, we will do a one-to-one
exchange of all Gratitude Rocks purchased on the following terms:
(i) The Gratitude Rock is to be returned with the pouch and
insert.
(ii) Costs of return postage are to be borne by you.
(iii) As a goodwill gesture, Gratitude The Secret will bear the costs of
re-sending the
Gratitude Rocks to you. |
